Business Internet Banking Enhanced

First Farmers & Merchants Bank is pleased to announce that beginning May 4, 2008, Business Internet Banking is being enhanced with improvements to the user interface and will provide new and improved features. These enhancements include:

• New User Interface – Using industry design and best practices, Business Internet Banking has been redesigned to provide a contemporary user interface that is intuitive and easy to navigate. The navigation has been changed from left-side navigation to a top-tabbed navigation to make tasks easier to find and perform.
• Favorites – A new feature that allows you to create up to five links to functions you use frequently.
• Quick Links –A new feature that allows you to quickly navigate to tasks that are commonly associated with the task being performed.

Note – The former Quick Links function is now called Saved Reports.

• Online Help – In addition to the procedural currently available, a glossary and list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) have been added to support you when completing online banking tasks.
• Enhanced Security – To provide additional protection to your account information, all account numbers are masked to only show the last four digits.
• ACH – A redesigned ACH service, including one-time ACH requests (not template-based), saving of ACH requests prior to transmission, ABA validation, and improved terminology and instructional text. The navigation for the ACH features has been improved to provide greater usability for users who are not familiar with ACH. Specifically, the Payments and Collections features have been renamed Send Money and Collect Money. In addition, Administrative users can set ACH limits at the user level.
• ACH File Upload – There is a new File Upload link available for ACH file uploads only, located under the existing ACH service. We encourage you to start using this new link for uploading your ACH file. The new ACH File Upload link allows you to set up multiple approvers and individual limits for ACH File Upload. Starting on June 29, 2008, you will have to use this new link to upload your ACH file.

Note:   Your current file upload history will be available until June 29, 2008. Please print your file upload summary and/or detail history prior to June 29, 2008, if you wish to retain a copy for your records.

• Recurring and One-Time Future-Dated Transactions – A new feature to allow you to schedule recurring requests and one-time future-dated transactions for the Book Transfer, Express Transfer, Funds Transfer, Loan Payment, and Repetitive Wire services.
• Custom Alerts – A new feature that allows you to create recurring and scheduled alerts with customized alert message text for tasks related to Internet banking and other general business reminders.
