F&M’s Private Banking Division offers a full line of loan and mortgage products designed to meet the credit needs of Private Banking customers.

Mortgage Loans:

• Fixed-Rate Mortgages – 10-year, 15-year and 20-year.
• Adjustable-Rate Mortgages – 1/1, 3/1, 5/1 and 10/1 (Fully Amortizing).
• Home Equity Line of Credit – 10-year Interest Only.

Personal Lines of Credit:

• Up to $100,000 – 12-month Interest Only or Monthly Interest Only; $125 fee.
